Who is the new owner

They have been renovating. I ran into the owner a week ago and he was hopeful that they would be able to open in the near future. Reno's don't always go as planned, I heard that they had a small fire during the reno that set things back considerably. As soon as you see the lights on at night I'd say that they are open.
